A woman is executed in the middle of the street, outside a police station. She is Cristina Hidalgo, who disappeared twenty-seven years ago.

From that moment on, the objective of the UDEV Homicide Group, led by Inspector Tania Bilbao, is to find out where she was all that time. The team is joined by Arturo Yani, a policeman haunted by the memory of his childhood, a ticking time bomb, who is blackmailed by Internal Affairs into investigating Tania, known in the Force for her unorthodox methods.

They don’t seem the best people to solve the case, but that’s exactly why they are the only ones capable of going all the way. What neither of them can suspect is that under their feet lurks the worst of nightmares.
