After the discovery of the body of a girl who had just given birth, the team led by Inspector Iván Moreno and Deputy Inspector Jotadé Cortés, the only Romany police officer in their station, discovers that she is not the first to have been kidnapped and murdered just after giving birth, but the latest in a long list. Jotadé, who due to his unique personality does not usually go unnoticed, will have to investigate his immediate surroundings to find the truth, while meanwhile to prepare for his inspector exam in the midst of a crisis with his partner Lola after unsuccessfully trying to become parents again.
